Congratulations to Fu-Dong Lu and Peng-Zi Wang on their successful defense of their PhD theses!

On May 11th, we were privileged to welcome esteemed scholars to our group's PhD examinations. We had the great honor of having Prof. Wanbing Zhang from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Prof. Hanmin Huang from University of Science and Technology of China, Prof. Chunjiang Wang from Wuhan University, Prof. Honghui Lei and Prof. Chao Shu from CCNU serve as esteemed committee members. Leading the examinations was the distinguished Prof. Zhang.

Fu-Dong Lu (advisors: Prof. Xiao and Prof. Lu) was defending his thesis titled Selective Carbofunctionalization of Propargyl Esters and 1,3-Dienes via Copper Catalysis.

Peng-Zi Wang (advisors: Prof. Xiao and Prof. Chen) was defending her thesis titled Photoinduced Asymmetric Copper-Catalyzed Multicomponent Radical C–C/C–O Cross-Coupling Reactions.

We are thrilled to announce that our senior group members, Fu-Dong Lu and Bin Lu, have successfully defended their PhD theses! Their remarkable achievements are a testament to their dedication and hard work. Congratulations to all of them on this well-deserved accomplishment!
